Qualiseal Technology's Parent Acquired By Promus Equity Partners

Qualiseal's parent, Quality Control Corp announced that it was acquired by an investor group led by Promus Equity Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm.  As part of the transaction, Quality Control Corp as been renamed QCC, LLC and Qualiseal will remain a division of QCC.  There is no change in management or location as a result of the change, and all customer and supplier relationships will remain intact.
